It says int the description these also fit shoes with the Tri-Lok (which is a cleat with a deeper "twist"). Eventually I got these on my shoes but they were VERY difficult to get installed. Not sure they will stay in either, as soon as I walk on them. Next spring I will replace these with the Tri-Lok spikes.
