This is just for the cap

The title does say cap only but yet the only picture is the entire neck, and the description down below is for the entire this as well. Clearly someone wasn't reading through this listing. I wanted the cap only so bought this correctly however the picture shows a little retention tab so the cap doesn't get lost but the product has no such thing on it. Disappointing and getting returned as that was the reason I got it.
