Medium duty. Good construction. I use mine with a portable grill and put the propane bottle underneath.
Just OK, sort of worth the money but the packaging is lacking.

Wasn't entirely level, may need to have the bolts loosened to settle correctly. Package came in good shape, problem was not lock washers, just nuts and bolts. Could have been more complete as an assembly kit.
Not worth the $75 I paid for it.

The metal parts were scratched because they had only a few sheets of packing paper between them. Two bolts were missing and I had to run to the hardware store to replace them. The setup instructions are quite sparse. Even though the procedure isn't terribly complicated, I think it would be quite hard for someone with no to limited experience with tools to set this cart up. Be sure to have a variety of wrenches. I had to use a regular 7/16" wrench, a ratchet, and a drill with socket extension to get this thing together. Also, be sure to put the handle on at the same time as you're securing the top shelf. That is, don't put the bolts in for the top shelf and tighten them with the nuts and then try to put on the handle. You have to do both procedures at the same time. Lastly, be sure the casters that rotate are at the front of the cart (at least the instructions give this detail). At least it appears that it is working, hence two stars.
Easy to assemble and Sturdy

Easy to assemble - I reversed the top to better fit the machine I purchased it for. It is supporting weight of about 180 lbs. with no problems. Sturdy, perfect size with nice casters. NO packaging problems. small bend on one post easily bent back to proper position.
