Great table, but it can't survive delivery

I have bought five or six of these tables at separate times. Not once have they been delivered in decent condition. I'm still giving five stars because the table itself is awesome, and very sturdy. The price is great. The delivery issue is that they cram all of this into a very thin box and have UPS deliver it. Every single time, my local UPS hub has called and asked if I even want to take delivery because the box looks like it fell out of the back of an airplane. Thankfully the metal parts are good (they are easy to bend back in shape), but the wood top is always missing a corner or two. It doesn't matter to me, for what I'm doing with them, but if you want these to look nice when you get them, I would try to find some locally. I ordered three at once thinking that maybe the seller would ship them on a pallet, but they still showed up UPS.

The item is poorly made, rails are bent, the screws necessary to assemble the item were not included and the pressed wood top board is not a square. The bench does not stand straight and square when assembled.
Lousy packaging, arrived damaged, no bolts!

The first delivery never made it to me, it arrived damaged at the UPS hub and they sent it back.
I had to contact amazon customer care to get a replacement. BIG PLUS AND FIVE STARS to amazon customer service, they had a replacement shipped out with FedEx overnight.
But again the insufficient packaging caused damage, there was a dent in the lower shelf, however it was still usable. I'll ask for a replacement part. FedEx had to re-tape the package...
There were no mounting hardware at all included, so a trip to the hardware store was next. Mounting was fairly easy, even without instructions.
The top has not protective edges, and the feet can not be individually adjusted as with my other bench.
Overall it is a cheaply made bench, but nevertheless quite sturdy when assembled.
Well, you get what you pay for...
