Absolutely great deal. My electrician ordered the same model for another customer and paid over $100 more!! He'll be buying from Amazon from now on. The unit is perfect. It performed without a problem, heats the room easily and quietly. I got the thermostat recommended by another customer and the whole thing works beautifully.

Product works GREAT. However, I received heater a month before I installed the unit. When opening found half of the 2 venting deflectors bent out. When I removed the face I then found the heating element not properly installed & needing to be re-seated correctly. I also found more than a dozen of the heaters thin metal heating fins attached to the heating element bent, crushed, & not fully installed. Had I opened immediately I would have had it replaced.

Heated well, but poor wlectrical insulation at connection. After 4 weeks of use, it shorted and burned the connection to the element completely off. Warranty honored quickly and completely.

We've had these for a few winters now (1 large 3 medium), and they work great. They heat a room quickly and as far as we can tell have not been expensive on the electric bill. We had a lot of insulation and air sealing done to the house, and our electric bill was more than cut in half - so its hard to tell. But these are being used and the bills are still low. I'd recommend. Note they are very much off-white, mostly beige.
