I have used Butter Buds for years, in place of butter. Saves calories and fat, tastes good too. Came quickly, and package in great shape. For some uses in cooking, may be dissolved in warm water for a pourable butter substitute, and may also be sprinkled on (for example, on baked potatoes or steamed vegetables) food. Does not have to be refrigerated the way some "butter" spray products do, so can be carried in purse if you go out to a restaurant or potluck, etc.
