Too gooey, sticks to teeth despite following instructions to a T...
Mikunda-Amaranda•July 9, 2017
So either water needs tobe less or instructions should be different for gas ovens. Or maybe they overdid it? Despite following the instructions, it was so gooey and sticky, I could barely cut a piece, let alone chew all this stickiness off. Not a pleasant eating experience. I put back in the oven for another 15 minutes, no significant change. Since I bought four packs, I will have to try with less water next time. Honestly though, dont think I will buy again. Thanks
Best GF crust we have had
Wholehealthcaboodle•March 27, 2017
This was a fabulous find for this newly gluten free family that misses decent pizza. I am a decent cook and have tried to make several crusts from scratch that no one wants to eat. We also hate all the take out pizzas and the store bought GF crusts. Considering that I am not a fan of their GF blend I almost didn't try it and was very pleasantly surprised we ALL liked this a lot! Cook it exactly as it says and I do recommend flipping it as they suggest for crunchier crust. It makes a great thin crust type of pizza. The fluffy hand tossed and deep dish I'm not sure is realistic for the GF world.
Really good if you cannot eat Gluten
Kerry C•January 21, 2017
Really good if you cannot eat Gluten. My husband has Celiac disease and he missed pizza so much. We tried take out pizza and it was awful. This pizza is easy to make and very tasty. We bake it for 15 min, flip it over and then another 10 min once we put the toppings on.
The flavor of this crust is great; it also smells fantastic when baking

The flavor of this crust is great; it also smells fantastic when baking. It is a thinner consistency than your gluten-based pizza doughs and the instructions mention spreading to a thin layer (I believe it was a 1/4" maximum). Our family typically covers a pizza pan with a sheet of tin foil, then uses some non-stick cooking spray (e.g. Pam for baking) on the tin foil; we then spread the batter to the recommended thickness using a spatula and flip half way through baking (the flipping makes a big difference).
Bye bye Pizza, Hello Pita bread!!!
amazonfan•February 20, 2015
My first pizza came out good...but my 2nd and 3rd which is the most recent...the dough is not cooking well. It comes out soggy like a gel from the middle to the top and the bottom layer is the crispy crust...ultimately, I end up throwing out the pizza because it tastes like gel in the middle portion of pizza and does not bake evenly! :( I have also tried to split the dough"¦I gave up on making pizza with this, instead I made pita bread out of it. Smaller size dough balls and just use it as a side w/ butter. I most likely will make more pita bread out of this"¦an alternative to pizza crust!
