I love this stuff and when it first came out it was so difficult to find in stores but of course Amazon had it. It tastes like melted ice cream to me and it's not as high in calories as you would expect and it has poly and mono fats which are good for you. Yay! Silk and I don't even like soymilk but this stuff is delicious.

I like Silk soymilk because it stays fresh in the fridge for quite some time, until it's opened. I find it hard to use up an entire half gallon during the 7-10 use window, a problem which these little packages solve. I don't feel obligated to use up the soymilk every day. I can open one package, use half in my cereal, and then leave the rest in the fridge for a while. And the Very Vanilla flavor is excellent in my tea.

As I don't have my own car, I have to go to grocery stores nearby to buy soymilk. I can't drink this soy milk - it's far too sweet for my tastes. My son, however, loves it, and I decided that it's better than juice.
