Not as advertised, yet again

I ordered this, expecting to receive 14 containers as described (see above), but, instead -as has happened with several orders I have placed this year (in the fall, ordered Flair pen per dozen, would receive ONE pen...etc.), I was shipped only ONE container. I am very unhappy this keeps happening.
