The reviews on Amazon was very helpful in my decision. I wear a 12 EEE and the XL fit my foot perfectly with room to spare. I ordered more gel paks because both my ankles require icing. Mobility is decent and the fit can be made as tight as you need. Ordering a second one today.

LOOK NO FURTHER for the best-ever GEL-PAC ICE Wrap. I fractured my ankle, and I used several different sized Ice bags which were difficult to keep on the injured area. My leg had to stay stiff and still to try to keep the bags on - which was very uncomfortable. I tried other Ice "pillows" or bags, and nothing worked well, UNTIL I found this PERFECT GEL Wrap for "ICING" my ankle. The GEL freezes quickly and stays SOFT, so there is NO discomfort. Because this is a Wrap, the Gel pac stays put on the injured area, and yet one can move their leg and it doesn't fall off like with an ice bag. Too, there are two pockets to "ice" both sides of ankle if needed. Inside the pocket is an extra pocket, in case one needs to have less contact with the injured area. An added feature is that the Gel Pac can be either frozen when "icing" is needed, or it can be Microwaved, if heat is needed. My Dr. said to "ice" the area to keep the swelling down - - and this worked perfectly!!! I highly recommend this product. Too, I saw that they make these "wraps" for other areas - knee, etc.

I just received this brace and love it. What a good idea. With so many ice packs, they slip off your legs or ankles. With this Wrap I can even walk around with the ice packs on my ankle.

However, I do have one slight complaint. I froze the ice packs and when I tried to put them in the little holder bags, I find that it is very hard to get the frozen ice pack into the bag. If the bag was just slightly bigger, it would be so much easier to get them in the bag. The frozen packs start to defrost before you can get them in the bag. Obviously a man designed these bags and not a woman who sews!! Great idea though and I am happy I bought it.

fits good. wraps around my foot nicely. BUT... the ice packs are too small, they warm up too fast, and they are in a little velcro nylon pouch that you can place any where on the wrap, but there is no closing the top of the pouch and the ice falls out all of the time. I actally lost one right away. I looked at replacing it and one ice pouch is as expensive as the wrapl

Very good value. Very good product. Exceeded my expectations. Good coverage of soft tissues around foot and ankle. I had a pretty bad foot 'roll over' injury so there was lot of surface area involved. The cold packs laid right on top of what hurt. The gel-like, soft texture of the cold packs is one of several things that make this a really good product.
Velcro straps are heavy duty and strong. Ice pack sleeves have Velcro patches that hold the two cold packs in place inside the wrap. Very convenient design for removing and re-inserting the packs. Very stable. It will stay on your foot when you crutch around and when resting. Largest size was perfect for my foot (typ.a Men's size 10-1/2). [Of course you can essentially forget about normal shoe size if your foot is swollen to twice its normal size - as was my case].
Good investment for rehab / therapy. Highly recommended.
