Make sure it's cold before eating! Delicious!

Delicious! When it first arrived, it was a little warm and tasted too much like mayo. I thought I was going to regret my purchase. However, after a few hours in the fridge, the taste was perfect! It tastes very similar to the version my grandmother makes, possibly slightly "fishier" than hers, but not in an unpleasant way. It only lasted one weekend in my house! It definitely took care of my craving when I couldn't find carp roe anywhere to make my own.

Delicious. I had been wanting to try this for a while, but since I don't do sugar or gluten, it can be tricky to find without those ingredients. This was lovely on a gl cracker, celery, cuke slice. If you like caviar, you will probably like this.
