The character models fit well with the o scale Lionel "The Polar Express" train set, items are semi possible but joints are not stiff enough to maintain pose. From afar painting is great close up leaves a little to be desired.

They are really small which we knew they would be for a train but they are so expensive. One of them the leg keeps popping off. My son will not return them because he loves them so much!

I was worried after reading some reviews that these characters would be too small for the G-Gauge set, but they are the perfect match in combination with the characters that are included with the train set. It's the perfect addition to the train set, though they are EXTREMELY small and very pricey for my taste. I could see $12.95, but $34? I wouldn't return them because that it just the price they are, but they really shouldn't be that expensive. But for those who want additional characters for the G-Gauge set, this is what you're looking for.

I purchased these for my son's Polar Express train that we put under the Christmas tree. They are made nicely, though not to be played with too much as they are fragile. Each figure comes with two holes (one under foot for standing and one on behind for sitting) so that they can attach to the train. They don't stand too well on their own, especially on the cotton batting "snow" that I use for around the tracks. Great addition to help make our train movie realistic! :)

Had to have all the characters especially Santa clause. Nice figures. Completes are train set. I do recommend.
