Was not what I expected, but it did perform well. The simplicity of the tool is good, no moving parts to wear out, and it will definitely outlast mechanical based pumps. 4/5 for function and 5/5 on cost / benefit ratio. Pulled 23" of vacuum on my 2012 camaro ac system with no problem. System cools like a fridge now.
spend the money and get an electric vacuum pump

item would only vacuum down to 10in of vacuum the a\c system needs to go to at least 25in of vacuum. i used a 4.5hp 60 gal air compressor to run this and it didn't work.
