will ruin pad so keep it on shim pad contact points only and very very little works amazing. car does not recommend any such sub

used on shims for brake pads. it meets requirements for dirt, temp, water, etc... will ruin pad so keep it on shim pad contact points only and very very little works amazing. car does not recommend any such substances in factory service manual and new shims for pads should have proper slide without it but many people like a little extra lubrication and protection from corrosion. food grade silicon is usually used for sliding pins. double check your vehicles requirements.

Good product. Lubes up the brake system well. Will prob buy again once I'm out , used a bit too much servicing my brakes haha

I won't suggest to use it in a professional machine, but in a commercial one (home heavy duty use) helps to eliminate noise.
