Handle is cast and will most likely break after some use. It works well and smooth. Can be used with water but it will rust a little internally making it hard to turn unless you take it apart a grease the friction points.
Five Stars

cheap
It works but I would feel I wasted my money if my company didn't purchase it.

I can't say this is a great product. The handle has a set screw that isn't long enough, so the handle just falls off if you don't push it towards the siphon forcefully. On top of that, sadly, the red portion of the handle doesn't have the correct nut for it to tighten to the rest of the handle. In order to secure it properly, you would have to re-thread the entire thing forcefully.
It leaks up to about 30 seconds after you use it, as well. I made sure to stand there while everything dripped out, waited about 15 seconds and let go of the tube and a bunch of liquid somehow managed to come up the siphon even though I hadn't been pumping it. It dripped for about 15 seconds after that.
Overall it works pretty well but has clear quality control issues when the only 2 nuts you need to tighten are the wrong nuts.

The clamp holding the crank broke within 5 minutes of use. The pump also leaks fluid.
