VERY DISAPPOINTED - LENSES TOTALLY SCRATCHED AND PROBABLY USED, NOT NEW

I bought these replacement lenses over a year ago, but only installed today.
And today I also bought another set to have a spare on hands, as my Wiley's get a lot of use.
The lenses bought last year and installed today are totally scratched and it is about impossible to see through them.
If the ones I ordered today turn out the same, I am returning them along with the older pair.
VERY DISAPPOINTED!
ARE THESE USED LENSES YOU ARE SELLING? AND ADVERTISING THEM AS NEW?

Disappointing to say the least

I got my Wiley sh1s about 6 months ago after watching the movie Oblivion where Tom Cruz character was wearing them. I am sorry to say I was disappointed by the quality. The plastic frames were not symmetrical and the foam backing to the replaceable dark lensss has already started falling off after only a few uses. Very disappointed as other reviews were great. Maybe I got a lemon.

The lenses are great, but if you look here on Amazon, you can get an entirely new pair of SG-1 Glasses, with both lenses, case, and all the straps for less then just this pair of lenses.
