Got this over 2 months ago for my 2015 Subaru Legacy it's fits just fine in the battery slot with the insulation I did have to use one of the spacer it came with since this battery is a bit smaller than the original, Battery has higher cold cranking amps, only time will tell how good it really is my original battery was still working but I did notice it was getting weaker in the cold weather and it did die one day after a few hrs of the interior light being on, not suppose so that after only a few hours, so I change it before it gave out when I really needed it. I will update if something bad happens after a few more months. I see the price did go up like 60 plus dollars, ouch.

This battery has been awesome so far. First time I've bought a car battery on Amazon, and I'll do it again if I have a chance. Prime delivery, great product for a great price, what's not to love? I really like the design, and it was very easy to install. This battery is in my daughter's Subaru Legacy, and works like a champ so far. Wish I had one in my Accord!

I bought this after installing a winch on my Land Rover as I felt I needed more battery oomph in reserve. SO glad I did - this is an easy, drop in replacement.. but the first time I turned the key I noticed the difference in starting - and I wasn't even aware that was an issue (and I was already running a 'Platinum' AGM battery less than a year old), so this thing packs a wallop. It easily operates the winch without breaking a sweat, and is more suited to bouncing around off road too. Very pleased with my purchase and recommend it.

Only had for a few days but love the battery.Would have given 5 star except for the fact that after confirming with Amazon and the Optima website that the battery was a direct fit replacement and it was not. It took a little McGyvering to make it stay put in the current battery box without shifting around. It was NOT a drop and fit even with the enclosed plates they provide. I was not a happy camper at that point. Do not really know what else I could have done before buying to make sure it fit you have to trust that both providers know something about fit. Anyway glad that is behind me and the battery is working as intended at this point.
