Cheaply made and VERY flimsy. Wish I hadn't bought them. Short bungy cord would work better.

The vinyl strap is really thin and the snaps are flimsy. The snap on the first one I received broke the first time I tried to unsnap it. They sent me a replacement without much hassle, but I'm not sure how long that will last. I wouldn't buy this item again.
