Great product!

Works great, includes a useless adapter considering you don't need it to plug a us plug into the euro plug on the right! It was free and included so why does it matter? If I ever needed one, the price was right on this and it functions as intended!

It doesn't work at all. I have a electric rice cooker from Europe so I need to convert US electric form 110V to 220V. When i plugged the rice cooker to the transformer, the fulse was immediately broken. I replaced the fulse again and tried it again but i didn't work at all. Have to refund it amazon
AMAZING!!

For my pregnant wife, I bought a pneumatic full body massaging device from Korea (no.. not North) to alleviate her swelling. It obviously requires 220v power and all the transformer I had used in the past was very loud, but this one is very silent and comes with feature to switch the voltage to 210 and 220.
AMAZING!!!
AMAZING!!!
Broke immediately- very cheaply made.

Received from Amazon today. Instructions sheet inaccurate. Poor packaging- adapter box crushed. I tried plugging the adapter into the front of the unit. Then when I tried to unplug it, the whole universal receptacle popped out. A tiny little piece of thin plastic was all that held it in. The little piece of plastic broke off, leaving the receptacle dangling. Very cheap. Re-ordered the Dynastar equivalent model. It has higher ratings, is guaranteed for 5 years, claims to be more durable and comes with extra fuses.
Reliable, flexible, attractive case...

I have used several of these transformers for 3 years overseas (converting 220v power to 110v.) They have worked fine the entire time. I recently bought two more. They do have a wattage limit (like any transformer) so just make sure you check the total wattage you are plugging in at one time. We blew fuses a couple times when the kids plugged in multiple devices. The fuses are a necessary safety feature, of course, and are easy to change out--there's a plug style cap in the back. This transformer shipped with a couple extra fuses. Make sure you keep those handy just in case. Also, there is a jumper plug in the back to select the incoming voltage. Make sure it's set correctly. And make sure you always pay attention to which output plug you use on the front. The 220 output plug is universal and it can accept a US plug and would damage a 110v device if you use it. I know this is all well-known stuff to many, but thought I would mention it.
5 stars for reliability and price.
