Reads low pressures accurately

Bought this gauge for lawn mowers, 4 wheelers and other tires that have low pressures. Looks and works great. Can get pressure and then read it since it holds the reading until you release the pressure with the button. States lifetime warranty.

Readings are not accurate and its not whats pictured, this isnt the quality of the gauges I used to buy from them.
I tested this against 4 other gauges, one of them being a calibrated digital sensor.
4.75 pounds (actual) this gauge reads about 1 pound light - varies between 3.5 and 4.0.
11.0 pounds (actual) this gauge is very inconsistent and will read anywhere from 9.5 to 11 pounds.
14.0 pounds (actual) this gauge reads just a hair under 14.
Unfortunately I need consistent readings between 3.0 and 7.5 pounds and I cannot trust this gauge, I will keep it as a backup to my backup because it will get me in the ball park, but if you need accuracy, I would look elsewhere. The only positive I can give it is that its reasonably small in comparison to my other gauges.

my use is for observed trials motorcycles tires in the 3 to 7 psi range. handy and easy to use. Has a bleeder pushbutton. Normal practice is to inflate slightly above the target and then use the bleeder to bring it down. It seems to be calibrated OK comparing it to a couple other gauges. It doesn't feel as heavy and rugged as an actual racing gauge so I can't comment on how it's long-term durability will be. I store it safely protected in the trailer, because I'm not sure how much abuse it will take.

First thing I noticed when I opened the package this was made in China. The picture on Amazon it says made in the USA on the pressure gauge. I might have over looked that, but it doesn't hold the tire pressure reading. The vavle steams on my mower are on the inside of the wheels and by the time I have the gauge where I can see it, it has leaked down a couple lbs. For those 2 reasons 1 star.

The gauge I received is not the same as the one pictured. I purchased it 3 months ago and took it out of the packaging but didn't really look at it at the time. Today I got my 4 wheelers out to get them ready for summer and it broke immediately. Upon closer inspection, it felt cheap and looked cheap. I wish I would have looked at it closer upon arrival. It's now obvious that it is a cheap POS made in China and more trouble than its worth to send it back at this time. Don't buy.
