For my pregnant wife, I bought a pneumatic full body massaging device from Korea (no.. not North) to alleviate her swelling. It obviously requires 220v power and all the transformer I had used in the past was very loud, but this one is very silent and comes with feature to switch the voltage to 210 and 220.

It works. But super heavy and the cord is short...also the outlets are upside down ... kept it because couldn't imagine lugging it back to mail it...

Works great. I bought to use with my treadmill and entertainment center in Germany while stationed here. One note, plug it in outside or in the garage for a day or two to allow the oil to burn off, otherwise the room will smell like oil until it is baked in. Otherwise, no complaints.
