This is a great addition to my training gear, I use it four-six days a week. What i really like is I can easily rotate it to either side for added protection when we're doing focus heavy hits, like a lead leg liver kick or a 3 - " Left Hook" to the liver. I can slide it right back to the front to practice the teep-push kick. Anyway, I got nothing but good things to say. Hope anybody that get this gear likes at as much as I do. This fits wells and is easy to adjust. It's light weight and absorbs the force from the punches pretty well. I only use this with men smaller than 165lbs because it doesn't do as well absorbing the punches of the bigger fighters. Since it is small all the force from the punches cannot be dissipated that well from the bigger guys.

I think this product is great for the prize. I wish it could become a little smaller. I'm Muay Thai coach but have a little tummy. I think this will last long enough for me. My students also love wearing it.
