I cannot recommend this unit at all. I purchased on Amazon and it worked for about 2 days, then quit. I contacted Amazon, and they replaced it. When I hooked the 2nd one up, it worked for about 15 minutes. This just seems to be a poorly built product. I have other inverters (I live off grid) and they have worked without issue.

Offhand I can not remember it's resting amp draw, I want to say it's .24a. It has worked flawlessly with one exception. The wattage display works when it feels like it. That doesn't affect its operation and is not a concern for me as we run killawatt type meters on the input side of the inverter. I'd buy another one.
