We've been using this gun in our small store for some months now. It replaced a much older (20+ year old) Monarch gun that finally gave up. I'm sure this new gun will give us similar years of service. Lots of select-able options for the label printing. Easy to replace ink rollers. The labels are a bit tricky to thread in, but once you try it a time or two, it's OK. Replacement labels are widely available in standard and customized styles. We've never had any issues with labels jamming or failing to print correctly. This allows us to very quickly label a large number of items without worrying about the label quality or accuracy. Cheaper off-brand guns worry me for these reasons.
