Uncomfortable is an understatement! Painful seating!

I thought I was getting a great deal so, I waited nearly 2 months for my stools to come in. What a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! These stools are the most UNCOMFORTABLE seat I've ever sat in. The back is so straight up and down + the seating surface is too short. Hits high thighs so it is literally painful!

We loved the first two so much, we ordered two more. Not actually "fully assembled" as the chair needs to be bolted to the stool. But easy enough and very comfortable. We added slider cleats to all feet. They are gorgeous with our new white kitchen island with an oak butcher block top. It is the finishing touch to a kitchen remodel I have wanted for a long time.
Quality chair, not comfortable for larger folks.

Chair is of good quality and easy to assmbme. Our issue be is that seat is not very deep and the back is too vertical. We are larger folks and this chair is not comfortable to sit on for any period of time. It may be impossible to find one that meets our needs. If you are a smaller person this will most likely work for you.

The reviews I read matched up with what i expected and got. The chairs are sold, sturdy and my handy husband had it together in a matter of seconds. The two pieces were not a problem. He said the top piece just needed to be tipped a bit to get the swivel in place. He's a big guy (230 lbs) and he feels safe sitting on it. The seat as others stated is a bit short but I solve that problem by putting non-skid cushions on them and they're quite comfy. Without the cushions they do cut into the back of yours legs if you sit for a long time. I'm quite happy and may order a couple more. The height is perfect.
