I have always really liked slimfast but I struggled with the cost of the premade bottles. I also didn't like that they weren't as filling. I do 2 cups of slim fast powder with two cups of fat free milk and I'm full for hours. It's fabulous. The strawberry flavor is definitely an artificial flavor but I love strawberry flavor so for me it's one of my favorites and I just bought 3 more cannisters. This particular Amazon option though is really expensive - I got a 3 pack for less than $30 versus one for 14.99.

So how I use it is I blend up:
1 scoop powder
1 Cup milk (I use original oat milk)
2 cups ice
(optional) 1 banana

That gives me a really nice Strawberry or Strawberry Banana smoothie to work on and does a great job helping me manage my hunger in a healthy way! It also is an effective way to help control my caloric consumption for my diet, I'm absolutely in love! My friend warned me they're known for having a chalky taste, but with the recipe I use above I don't get any of that, just a pleasant smoothie that tastes like a treat even though it's healthy!

I was looking for something to make an easy breakfast with minimal effort to combat my cycle of depression making me skip meals because of the effort they take. This, being both low calorie and a flavor I hoped I'd like, seemed to be my best option!
Immediately upon opening it, the unmistakable smell of strawberries and cream hit my nose, already encouraged. So I mixed some up to try, just using water to see the baseline flavor. Personally, not an immediate fan, but it would indeed do the job for me. I'll keep testing out different things to add into it such as milk or juice to make it more palatable and less like I'm drinking pulverized vitamins.
The product did, however, keep me full to the next meal, which was great.
Pros:

looks like strawberry nesquik when mixed
low in calories
good cost per ounce for a college student like me
not from an MLM

Cons:
doesn't taste the greatest, very children's chewable vitamin-y

I would also like to note that after drinking this I got a bad headache which I can't fully attribute to this, but I cannot discount it potentially being involved. If this headache comes back when I continue to drink this I will be updating my review.
If the headache is not because of this, and I find the perfect mixture, I will more than likely buy this again.

Well, this is the second time ive entered this review. I guess there is something against community guidelines for commenting on how well this meal replacement shake keeps you from wanting to eat another meal (trying to word it so it is not flagged again). I love the taste. I do want to eat again in about 2 hours

I like Slimfast and use it in my cool down smoothies. I usually do not like anything with strawberry flavoring although I love fresh strawberries. This product is ok though but I will probably go back to my standard vanilla or chocolate. If you like strawberry flavoring, this might be for you
