I usually keep 2-3 of these things scattered throughout my house, basement and garage. I flip small engines and I use this on these neglected mowers like holy water trying to revive them. The smart straw is slightly larger than the tradition straw that you used to get taped to the side of the can. This does make it a slight challenge getting it in to my cable lube tool, however, I am experienced in this... and make it fit. I use to store my snowblower as well, in New England they salt the roads like I salt my GF's cooking! My snowblower shovel looks almost like newish. Its definitely a jack of all trades master of none.
