I have insomnia due to fibromyalgia pain and an inability to stop thoughts running through my head at night. This was actually a refill order. It was originally referred to me by my doctor since I don't like the prescription sleep pills. The minute my head hits the pillow the wheels in my head start turning. These chew able tablets actually calm that down and I fall asleep quickly. It took about three days of taking it until I noticed the difference. Now I do not take every nite. Works for me.

We use this product often. Works great. Take 1 or 2 about 30 minutes before you are ready to go to sleep. It will relax ypu enough to fall asleep and help you get a good night's sleep. However if for some reason yu have to wake up in the middle of the night or don't get to go to sleep, it will not leave you feeling groggy. Normally purchase from a local health food store and it is about $35 for half the amount. Now that I discovered it on amazon I will be ordering it this way.

I have tried many sleep aids, and this one is different, in my experience---and effective. I feel relaxed shortly after taking it, and truly sleepy. I don't feel groggy the next day from using it. I rated it so highly because each time I have used it over the past two weeks (not every day), it has consistently worked to help me to get to sleep. I take a half dose (one pill) and if I wake up in the middle of the night, I can then decide if I want to take the remainder of the dose.
