Best Salsa Ever
C. RussellNovember 17, 2017
If you have not tried this, you need to order it. Not long ago, my local retail stores carried it, but now I can't find it. Some people can make salsa from scratch and some people think they can. Regardless, this is the best and easiest way I have found. A co-worker gave me the recipe (if you want to call it that) years ago and it's all I've used since.
I use one package of the Hot and one package of the mild. You mix it with four(4) 14-15 oz (approximate) cans of Petite Diced tomatoes (I drain two of the cans), and mix it all up. If you like onions, add all you want. That's all there is to it. It's better if you let it sit in the refrigerator for several hours or overnite so the seasonings will have time to re-hydrate.

Love these. I'm very sensitive to onion, so this is perfect for me. *It does have onion powder, which I am okay with... Finally I can eat salsa again!!! I use one and a half envelopes of this mix with two cans of diced tomatoes and a can of corn and can of black beans to make a perfect salsa for me without onions.
