I searched for months for a Nook and found there aren't very many. They all look the same too but in different colors. I purchased the white. I was worried about it not being packaged well and being damaged during shipping as I have read in reviews. My nook arrived a day early in 4 or 5 boxes. All packaged very well and all parts were there. The seat and table were easy to assemble alone. I do not however, recommend assembling the benches alone. The instructions read it's a two person job, but I was too excited to wait. Frustration and many curse words and sweat and too much of my time wasted lol. I had success w the small bench but alas my roommate arrived and helped me w the large bench. Sadly, my impatience caused the bench to be misaligned a little. Can't really tell unless you really look at it. Regardless, I love love love my nook. It was actually bigger than I imagined. If you're worried about size, do some measuring.

So I have to say this was something that took some hard long thinking before I order. I was worried it would be small and cheaply made. I have to say I am impressed and very satisfied with my purchase.

Now it was not easy to put together but it was my hubby and I putting it together and not so sure we right for the job. The glue was a little messy but not too bad. This was a perfect size and all of us love it.

I haven't used the storage on it yet but love that they storage is there. It is comfortable to sit at and it looks really nice. The following day my son and daughter-in-law walked in and comment on how much they loved it.

For the most part, the finish was nice looking but there were a few small spots that may have got scratched in shipping but nothing noticeable. This would be a five -star product if the parts were checked before packaging. We did have some parts that were useless. I have included a photo of one of the parts that shouldn't have even been placed with the product. You don't get any extra parts so if you get one that is useless you are just stuck trying to figure out how to do without it.

I had wanted this dinning set for a while and finally gave in and purchased it, it came extremely damaged with huge gashes in the table legs and the table looked like the corner had been smashed with a hammer ( it was beyond fixing w paint ect) its was also poorly made of partical board , we contacted amazon and they gave us a refund

It is exactly what I was looking for for my awkward little nook in my living room. I am a 25 year old female, not too handy, with 2 toddlers running around and I managed to put it together in less than 4 hours. So the time frame which all the other reviews gave is pretty accurate. It is possible to do alone but two people would have been a tad easier. But still manageable with one. It was pretty simple and the directions were not too confusing. As for the table, it seems pretty sturdy but it would have been nice to be provided with some plugs or those small stickers to put over the screw holes as you can see it all :( Other than that...I love it so much!

This was a good buy for the amount of money that was spent. There was one piece slightly damaged. One piece was slightly scratched. It was packaged well. There was a hole in the box where the damage was so this was something done during shipping. The dining set would be difficult to set up for someone that isn't handy or mechanically inclined. For the handy or mechanically inclined, it's far from difficult. Yes, it is time consuming to set up, regardless. This is no less than a two person job. The more the better. The directions weren't as hard to read as others made it out to be, however, some of the drawings may throw you off a tad. It's a quick catch if it does. An electric drill is helpful in some areas. The areas that they don't tell you a hole is not drilled in for you to place your screws. Also, buy some Gorilla Glue or better quality wood glue if needed. The company was extremely generous with the amount of glue provided. Keep a hammer close by at all times. The bench's screws were not the proper screws. It didn't take away from the temporary stability. I have to buy longer and larger screws for a piece of mind. I had no missing dining pieces. I can't say that the piece is extravagant or elegant on its' own but with accessories, yup! Place mats or a table covering is a must being that it's not real wood. It's still cute in my opinion. This table is for children and petite to smaller framed adults. Not because it's not sturdy but it would down right be uncomfortable for a group of football players to sit. All in all, it's cute, it's sturdy enough, and it suits my family needs. I couldn't say I love it due to the couple of things I mentioned but take that away...I could easily say that.
