These are great, they do exactly what they are supposed to do. I get migraines and my sister plays volleyball. I use these on my head, while my sister uses these on knees and other assorted body parts. They stay cold for 20-25 minutes and do not take long to freeze at all. These come in packs of five so I use one or two at a time and just swap them out with the ones in the freezer when they are no longer cold.

These are the size of hamburger patties. Soft, so I can use them on my eyes. They don't "hold much cold" so I just rotate amongst them if need be -- usually two or three are enough. I prefer these over the four or five other types we have on hand.
