I used this on a trip overseas. It is a very good travel/security wallet and the retractable cable concept is great. But I want to make these constructive suggestions to the maker for an improved version. The current wallet is too thick. I think a bi-fold design using thinner material would be better. The magnetic closure clasps didn't work too well and and also add to thickness. Perhaps a simple attached elastic band would work better. Another reason that the wallet needs a more secure closure mechanism is that, at present, the cable attaches to the wallet on the side opposite that you open to take out dollar bills. So there is a danger that if the wallet dangles (as may happen when attaching to your belt in the morning before you go out), and it's not securely closed, stuff could fall out. The belt loop and the attachment loop on the wallet should be slash-proof. Finally I'd love to see a version that can securely carry a passport. I'd pay more for a wallet with these features.

There are a lot of pieces making up the cable. The cable attaches on the bottom, so if you let go of your wallet it will hang upside down, making it easy for money to fall out. The snaps are not a good feature. If the wallet is moderately full they will not hold. They also contribute to making the wallet thicker. The 'money window' is an odd feature. It indicates only that you have 1 bill in your wallet.

I have only had it for a short time but it's already falling apart. My drivers license doesn't even fit properly in the ID pocket and the overall design is bulky. The buttons don't hold the wallet closed and the retractable cable that came with it gets stuck and won't retract all the time. I must have gotten a defective set or this is just not a quality product.

I like this wallet. You can either use it with the wire that extends a couple feet, or remove that and attach it to your belt without the extendable wire. The wallet has a nice quality feel to it, and the magnetic closure is a nice touch. I'm planning to use this when traveling where pick-pocketing is a problem.

Really liked the idea of securing my wallet to my belt. The reel worked well until I must have pulled to hard and the cable broke at the fitting. The wallet is is well designed and made of tough material, but if you cram it full the magnetic snaps won't hold it closed
