I install hardwood flooring, LVP, Laminate. I need a good sander to sand the OSB subfloor. With 3M 16Grit sandpaper this thing is crazy awesome. It sands really well. You can sand down bumps very fast, even huge 3/4 of inch + humps. Been using it for about 3-4 months, done about 10-15 house soo far. Awesome sander for sub floor prep.

Bought one on Ebay for 900 bucks, it is like new. They do ask a pretty penny for these sanders but they are awesome. Super heavy duty and cuts like crazy. Definitely one of the best if not the best edger out there.
