Too small at the foot box area"” which is most of it. Im just a size 9.5 and use cedar trees in all my dress shoes, so I know how theyre supposed to fit"” and except for the ankle rise area in front, the foot portion of the cedar wood block just doesnt have enough (or adequate, or supportive) contact with the interior of (my) boots. I was also disappointed that the cedar block wasnt split & expands to fill/support the interior of my boot. Lastly, the spring loaded heel piece is too narrow"” meaning mis-shapen heel box, and possible discomfort to the wearer.
This is likely a sizing issue"”however I did use their sizing guide. In any event, Im just going to have to replace these with bigger and better"”worth it in the long run.

This is my second set of trees for my cowboy boots. They work fantastic at keeping the boots shape when I'm not wearing them. I wouldn't own a pair of boots without these in them.

I got these to keep shape in a pair of tony lama western boots. I was hoping this would fill the front foot area to keep leather from shrinking over time. It fits front to back fine and a larger size would not fit front to back. As it is it provides tension front to back well and fills the toe box , otherwise the fill at the top of the foot arch and sides is minimal. A regular shoe tree cannot do the front to back at all but it does fill in the arch forward well, I was hoping for the same about of fill with the high arch fill unique to western style boots and front to back.
