I was hopeful that I'd be among the group for whom this product worked. Unfortunately, it did nothing for my swollen leg and ankle. I used the product for only a couple, but it caused me diarrhea so I had to quickly discontinue use. That was $30 wasted.

These caps really work for me especially while traveling on long flights!

It's okay. If anything it helped with noticeably improved circulation. I mainly got it for the swelling in the ankle and foot of my right foot. In which I saw a little decrease in swelling over the 30 says I've been using the product. But I've come to the conclusion my situation will need more medical attention than just taking the product itself. Particularly given the fact that I have no issue with swelling in my left foot.

I agree - I knew it was working because I definitely also noticed that I was urinating a lot more in frequency and volume, which means that all excess (and likely more than just the extra) fluid in my body was being excreted and pushed out of my system. Please be sure to note that although this is not a chemically clinical pharmaceutical drug for edema/swelling, the ingredients absolutely should be considered potent enough to compete with some chemical medications for the same diagnoses. Therefore, PLEASE be cautious to keep WELL HYDRATED. I know that this is very counterintuitive (i.e. why would you drink a ton of water if I'm trying to LOSE water weight?) but trust me, the science is very complex and clear that you must remember to drink plenty of fresh water and healthy fluids (teas, pure fruit juices, etc) if you have edema-based issues. Furthermore, if you're using this supplement, you really don't want to get dehydrated (which can lead to so many other uncomfortable and serious symptoms and issues) so make sure to keep hydrated while taking this supplement, and I wish you all the best!

This pills work fine for water retention. I've been using them for about two weeks and am pleased with results.
