I should have listened to the other reviews
AlleyOopAugust 5, 2017
Other reviews were correct. This product is hard to cure without ruining the texture. Doesn't come with an adequate heat tool. I DESTROYED my car upholstery trying to cure it and now am desperately seeking a substance to remove the compound. To make it worse I found out an auto upholstery place will do this for you for under $50. Leave it to the experts this is a bit of a gimmick product.
It works.

Does work, but not really easy. I am pretty good with arts and crafts and figured I could do this. Like I stated before, it does work but it isn't easy. If it was a little thicker I think it would be easier, but then again, I was working on upholstery in a 1985 RV.Soooooo. . . . .
Difficult to use
Susan I. ZiegenhornJune 17, 2017
I have used other leather repair products and this was not a good experience. There is no chart in color to match colors and the mixing with colored powders to obtain the desired color is messy and difficult. I don't recommend this.
Worthless

The patch takes quite a long time to apply if you're doing anything larger than a tiny spot. After wasting so much time applying it, it all peeled off within a week. Don't waste your money!
Worst item I've ever received from amazon

it doesn't come with the electric pro heat a tool that they very clearly state it does. The wooden tool they give you has a metal disc that you're supposed to heat to 350 degrees but that's nearly impossible to do. I should have read the reviews better before I ordered but don't waste your money on this.
