Have a very old (but reliable) Weil McLain. Old transformer did it's job over the decades before finally going poof. Wired this up to the mains, pump to the high-voltage relay, and aquastat/gas/boiler circuit to the low-voltage rail. Old boiler churns on for $30, money well spent.

Only thing I would say is be sure you check the terminal markings as my old one was reversed right to left.. Other than that it was a quick fix and worked on a 20+ year old heating and cooling system
