I did not do a ton of research before buying this table, but once I saw that it was regulation size and at a very comparable price, it was an easy decision. I would not look anywhere else for a ping pong table to cover your 8' pool table. It is excellent quality, super easy to set up and break down, and it was packaged and delivered in flawless condition.

I bought this a a Christmas gift for my daughter on Nov 10, but didn't open it until Christmas morning. Although the box was undamaged, the table frame was badly dented and the tabletop warped. It is too late to return to Amazon, so I am stuck with a $300 piece of trash.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this table top. It's very heavy and definitely takes two people to safely move the two table pieces in place. They fit together perfectly and the net installation was simple. Once in place, it hasn't moved and we have already played a lot. The only small issue is some of the screws were stripped that hold the frame to the table, most likely because the table was put together with power tools and they were over tightened. We plan to just use some wood glue and hopefully they will hold in place. Enough of them are correct so it didn't impact the integrity of the table. Just mentioned because once the table was all set up, several just fell to the floor. One other thing to consider is where you will store them when they aren't on top of the pool table, I'm still figuring that out myself. Looking forward to many hours of enjoyment with our new toy!
