We did not want to use any of the toxic chemicals that most vets recommend so we started using this after a particularly hellish summer and flea infestation in our two dogs. They no longer are constantly scratching and I no longer see fleas. I highly recommend this as toxic products not only kill the fleas, but can kill healthy tissue.
Using on Feral Cat

We feed a feral cat. When we started feeding him, his face was scratched and infected. We gave him several rounds of antibiotics in his food and it would get better and then start bleeding again. We figured out that he was scratching himself either from fleas or something else. Started giving him the Flea Away and within a few weeks it healed. That has been over three months ago as I just ordered the second bottle. I do have to crush and hide in his food, but he looks great.
This is all I used this year!! NO FLEAS

I started giving the dogs the Flea Away a few months before flea season. I never had to give them anything else! I was amazed as usually we have to resort to the spot on flea medication. Not this year, of course I shared this with everyone at the dog park. The key is to start before the fleas do, otherwise be patient for about 1 month using the Flea Away and a topical, then just the flea away. It worked for my two dogs. 1 tablet each morning. they are a 13 pound Silky Terrier and a 23 pound Havachon. You may need more if your dog weighs more.
Do NOT give these to your cat!!!

At first these tablets seemed to be working, but after giving my cat one of them a day for about 30 days he began to show signs of a problem with his coat. He now has patches where his hair is falling out. Bare patches on both of his ears and another on his back. I have stopped giving them to him, and I can only hope and pray that these bald spots grow back. I feel so guilty for ever giving them to him in the first place! I'm a 71 year old disabled veteran and he's been my only companion for the last 10 years and every time I look at those bald spots I kick myself in the @ss for buying them. Again, if you love your furry little buddy DO NOT feed it these tablets!!!
His coat does look better and his breath doesn't stink

I don't know if it will work for fleas yet. I have only been giving this to my dog for a week and it says it needs a month to start being effective against fleas. His coat does look better and his breath doesn't stink, so for me it is a good product just for that!
