Tastes just like marshmallow fluff. You can use it for baking or a wide variety of cooking uses, or just eat it straight out of the jar if you have a craving. My family uses it for topping on hot chocolate. Stays fresh a lot longer than marshmallows. Convenient and kids love it!

I love this product. It makes a great partner with peanut butter for a sandwich and a delicious sweet treat as a solo spread on bread. My local supermarket does not carry this item so I'm thankful I can get it from Amazon.
