The quality of the product is great and I like it. The mat is raised, which helps keep the sink clean and it resists food stains well. I bought the mat hoping it would fit the 14" x 9" base of the smaller side of my double sink. However, the mat was too large, so we had to cut both longer sides off to the first raised edge to make it fit. The drain hole in the middle of the mat also does not line up with the sink drain, but I would actually prefer a mat without a drain hole since I only use it to protect the sink base from scratching. I hope some manufacturer out there will make a product that fits these new, smaller sinks. I haven't been able to find one anywhere.

It does what its supposed to and protects my sink it moves around just a little but not bad and some particle will be stuck underneath but a quick wipe and rinse takes care of that and I see I will need to wash the mat sometimes which isn't bad either doesn't lay completely flat at first a little rigid but that tones down over time.

I purchased this mat as a way to protect my stainless sink from the feet of a dish drainer. I was worried about it fitting the drain in the sink but it is a perfect fit. The drainer feet fit on the mat so no damage to my sink. And if I have to wash delicate pieces I know I can put this mat on the the other side of the sink to protect against dropping items. With the microban included I have not had to scrub and dry the mat since I started using it, although I do wipe it down and let it dry when the drainer is empty.

I had some of these mats from way back. The only reason I ordered again is because I put a very hot pan on my old one and melted one of them.
I simply love them because of the center drain hole. You can pour something out without getting your mat gross. I am very freaky about keeping my sink clean. I hate food bits and grime cluttering up my sink mats. If I do put something in there and forget to remove the mat first, it just takes a simple rinse with my sink sprayer and it's gone.
And cleaning them is a breeze. I think you can put them in the dishwasher but I just hand scrub mine with a brush and some soap on both sides. I like this color too.

Highly recommended by someone I asked for advice in a retail store. She liked the fact that it was raised a bit so that it reduced the likelihood of mold, etc. Be sure you measure the size of your sink though. I guestimated that I would need two--I really needed one and a half :) The mat's drain opening does not match the sink's drain opening, but I think this is minor. The color isn't really clear, but has a blue-ish tinge (maybe clear yellows???) but again it is a minor thing.
