DO NOT BUY THESE! I ordered them last year and liked them a lot Ordered two this year and am very disappointed with the new model which literally fell apart on first use. (The fan blade and round cap meant to hold it in flew off and cannot be attached firmly enough to keep them in place . . . so the units are essentially useless.) Bought through secondary seller and had short window of return so I missed the boat on getting my money back. :- (

The sprayer doesn't work well. It leaks/dribbles a lot of water when you are spraying,and the mist doesn't spray very far so you have to get it very close to the area you are trying to reach which can be cumbersome if you are lying on your tummy. You have to turn over and sit up and try to get in a position to reach whatever area you want to spray.

Also, the fan itself works well, but when I aim at my face to cool my face off, there is a toxic chemicals odor that gets blown right into my face and I'm breathing it in. I have another portable fan that I use all the time by Travelon and it has no chemical odor. I recommend just getting a spray bottle that sprays better and some other portable fan such as the one by Travelon. Or find a better spray-mister fan.

This was working great until a small piece fell off and it was broken forever. You must be very delicate with this. Also, the battery needs to be changed with a small screwdriver which you need to keep on hand and not lose. It's kind of annoying because there is no little attachment on the fan to keep the screwdriver, you have to keep it in a pocket or with spare batteries or something. Be very hesitant when buying this. If you will be rough with it or are prone to losing small screwdrivers, do not buy!

Got the two pack for my wife and I for a trip to the beach. They worked fine out the box. Got to the beach a few weeks later, neither worked. Replaced batteries, still didn't work. Spend a few extra dollars and get a product that actually works. This one was garbage.

This is the second one we got. The sprayer works great but the fan is terrible. The fan only works for bit. The battery door is flimsy and you have to push it in to get the fan to work if it will at all. It is just not reliable. Maybe if you want to use it for a day it may work but more than one use don't rely on it. Waste of money.
