I purchased this to replace my old fork. I never even used it. Its way too small to clinically work with and the quality is subpar. The metal was beat up before even coming out of the package. No way this would hold up in the hospital. Returned it immediately

Makes a noise around 128 Hz. Has survived a fair deal of abuse in my white coat pocket, including being dropped on the floor multiple times. The reason I am not giving five stars is that the pair of weights on the end can some loose. If this happens, you will need a hex key to screw them back into place.

Seems slightly lighter than comparable local 128Hz tuning forks but assuming it is a true 128 then no complaints and already using it.
