ACV is so very healthy for our bodies. Was so happy when I found this huge jug of it!! The smaller ones come in glass bottles so it is safe to keep in cool cabinet. Plastic is something that should never be used for food items due to when it warms or get near hot the chemicals used to make it are released. This is why I just keep this safely in my fridge.
