The Direct Care Store would not return without me paying the freight
Jim J.•March 16, 2013
The Direct Care Store sent me the wrong product and would not return until I paid return or price to send the wrong product back. I tried several times to explain the picture and description for their ad was not the product sent. They would not put me in contact with someone else to speak to and kept emailing me the same answer back. I finally gave up on getting product or any satisfaction from this company.
Unsafe and Dangerous!

This has to be the most poorly designed sharps container ever made. The so-called locking top slides open quite easily. Most 3-year-olds could open this (not that you'd ever let a child near a sharps container, but you want it to be as safe as possible - just in case). Once it's open, the opening is extremely wide and there are no barriers between your hand and the needles. Even worse, the needles are right there at the top of the container. You might as well use a pail. If a hand were put just a couple of inches in from the top of this container, you could easily get a half dozen sticks at the same time. Any facility using this container is opening themselves up to a huge liability.
