Inconsistent size and taste

My girlfriend and I order these regularly. I love David's and have been eating them for as long as I can remember. I don't know what it is, but the taste and size of "jumbo" seeds are NOT consistent from box to box. 2 orders ago the whole box didn't like the flavor I know and love, the next box was PERFECT. Taste was on point, jumbo seeds, we demolished that box. This past one we just got taste good, but the size seems to be just a tad larger that normal size. So I am alittle disappointed, but it is what it is, I'll keep ordering and hoping for that perfect batch again.

These sunflower seeds are the best! Their taste, their size and their packaging is all perfect. I dont know what it is but these Jumbo Seeds are definitely better then the other regular sized seeds. This brand "Davids Seeds" is also top notch compared to other brand I have tried. Vary rarely do I find a seed that is 'bad' and not eatable. None of the seeds are stale, they are all very flavorful. I ordered these on 1/15/18 and received them 1/16/18. Their best by date is 6/30/18, that gives me 5 months to eat them before possible staleness, of course I will finish them way before then and order more! You can not find them for a better price then here on Amazon!! No store can beat their pricing!

JUMBO? I think not. They are salty as you would expect. The majority of the seeds are small. Some are jumbo, but not enough to call the entire bag JUMBO. Seriously. I prefer another more expensive brand for actual JUMBO seeds (and lower sodium), but these were cheap compared to others I have found sold on amazon. Not sure I'd order these again. Taking suggestions. lol

I don't know why I keep ordering these just because the price is great. It's just not worth it, when they taste so bad! I have eaten David Sunflower Seeds for over 35 years and these are by far the worst. Also, there is nothing Jumbo about these terrible tasting little morsels. They are small, dry, bitter... with many shriveled inside the shell. I've experienced this with all 3 of my orders, and especially the last 2 . Unless something changes, I'm done; and very suspicious of all the 4 and 5 star reviews on this product.
