Same Kraft cheese you will buy at the supermarket.

My suspicion is Kraft manufactures most of it's food products from mined or drilled resources. However, this is the same generic Parmesan cheese you will buy at the local supermarket, it's a staple, and tastes OK. This is very convenient as it is pre grated and comes in it's own dispenser.

I couldn't decide on stars. It's exactly what your remember if you've had it. Crumbly, powdered cheese. If you have had the fresh stuff that comes in blocks or shredded or grated into clear plastic deli tubs, this comes nowhere close to the flavor. But I needed it for a preschool snack and they wanted this version and it was just fine. I figure, if you're a gourmet, the large "KRAFT" label is probably a tip off to the fact it's pretty mass produced and mediocre.
