Adequate, not a great product.

Flimsy, not quite as good as the old one we are replacing. The trigger control bar interferes with the operation, yet is too think to bend into proper position without breaking something. It will do.
Five Stars

I love the fact that it takes one hand to sift. I just wish the cavity was larger.
Its OK for the money

You get what you pay for -- very inexpensive and just what I needed to cover brisket evenly with rub. The handle spring comes out very easily when hand washing so watch out for that.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and after a few times of use the part in the bottom started rubbing the screen really bad so I had to bend it a little away from the screen and it seems to be working ok for now .
Missing Return Spring = "Two-Handed" Operation, Not "Single-Handed"

This is described as a "one-handed" sifter. Out of the box, there is no spring-return on the lever like every other "squeeze-lever" sifter I've ever seen. With a spring, you pull the lever and when you let go, the lever returns to it's original position, ready to be squeezed again - akin to a semi-automatic pistol. Without this return spring, you have to manually push and pull the lever in and out - decidedly a "two-handed" operation - more akin to a bolt action rifle than a semi-automatic pistol!
Amazon did refund the purchase price, but now I've got to find another one to replace this one, which was a part of a Christmas gift :(
