Good ,better used in the morning if you work during the day because you will start feeling bowel movement by evening or night depending on your body .but if you work at night use at night so u might get home before getting bowel movement you might just not be able to sleep due to going to toilet but not like you go to the toilet every min tho it all depends on your body.i add lime and honey to mine works great
