Not too sure
Amazon Customer•February 11, 2016
I bought this product because of all of the amazing reviews I read on here before purchasing. I am not sure if I 'm doing something wrong but I followed the directions on the box and I didn't have the results I wished for. Maybe there is something I missed. I have been looking for more ways to use this and I plan on trying the hydrogen peroxide and the baby oil. I'm not sure but maybe if you order this you might want to consider buying ear drops as well because it doesn't seem to get the job done with water alone like advertised. If I can get this to work better I will come back and change my review but for now I can't give anything more than 2 stars. My ears are still clogged and very very itchy.
Cheapest and best way to clean your ears
Aaron Moyer•October 23, 2015
I've tried many solutions for my terrible wax buildup. I would get hearing loss and even went deaf a couple times just because my ears had so much wax. I'd have to go to the doctor's and get an expensive ear cleaning where they'd just get a fancier version of this and clean out my ears. You can probably buy a stronger and more thorough ear syringe but none of them are as cheap as this one. I've never had a problem with my ears ever since I started using this and I even bought a second one because I lost the first one. I've tried things that cost $20 or higher and they did nothing for me but this thing is consistently the best at cleaning out my ears. It may take a lot of sprays, depending on how much wax there is, but the only thing I can see beating this would be a $100+ medical grade ear syringe which may or may not be equal or better. I don't want to spend that much and I bet you don't either so just buy this and hear again. You can't beat this price and it works way better than more expensive things.
I tried it out on my ear with only water because my ear's clicking noise problem was starting to become painful so I just wanted

It certainly does its purpose of shooting high pressured water out. It shoots it in three streams though.
Anyway, I tried it out on my ear with only water because my ear's clicking noise problem was starting to become painful so I just wanted to try something. So while it lessen the pressure from my ear, I haven't seen any junk coming out so I'm not sure what to think about it.
Btw, you'll probably get water-logged ears so I would recommend tilting your head at certain angles till it comes out, lay down with a towel and wait for however long it takes, or just go about your day if it doesn't affect you too much - it'll get out eventually. For me, when those methods didn't work, I slapped my ear hard repeatedly and it came out eventually which was kinda weird. But if you think there's a real problem or that it has been more than a day, you should probably check with a doctor.

I'm glad I had the experience before time or it would ...

I already knew the feeling of using the ear wax removal syringe because it was done at the doctors office when my right ear was clogged up. I'm glad I had the experience before time or it would have scared the dickens out of me.
The water or formula you use will gush out of the syringe. It comes out in three different directions. In other words, not straight into the ear.
I used to use Q-tips. Very bad idea. You're packing wax into your ears.
I use this product once a week or two. Usually in the shower. Never had clogged ears again.

Not for me
OnlineShopper•March 21, 2015
I've had ear problems all my life which stem from small Eustachian tubes. I've had multiple ear infections, tubes, Tympanoplasty Surgery (ear drum reconstruction), and middle ear bone reconstruction. As most have posted, we seem to produce more ear wax than the average person, so I purchased this hoping to clean out my ear wax. The problem I had was that instead of washing out the wax, it pushed it against my ear drum which caused pain and discomfort. I've had this happen to me before trying to use the shower. As much as I tried, once the wax was stuck to my ear drum, I couldn't wash it off using this device. I eventually went to the doctors who were able to wash it off properly. For me this did not work, and use antihistamines and decongestants, and doctors to help with my ear issues.
